After some careless play in the Jabuticaba EC defense, Michal Preisler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Gustavo Marinho. The Jabuticaba EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Gustavo Marinho should have stopped the shot. Roberto Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Gustavo Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Preisler, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Augusto de Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Luiz Gustavo Marinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes of play, Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Sílvio Travassos made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Gustavo Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Gustavo Marinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Preisler went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Luiz Gustavo Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Gustavo Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Vicente Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Favoretto in the 46th minute of the match. Hudson Vasconcelos's late challenge caught a Jabuticaba EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hudson Vasconcelos helped the player get up and apologised. The Jabuticaba EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dream Team RN - FDFDF were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Neves made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Sílvio Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Sílvio Travassos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Gustavo Marinho. That made the score 0-7 after 56 minutes of play. Michal Preisler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Gustavo Marinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Michal Preisler slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 64th minute. Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Anísio Paraense was substituted for Hudson Vasconcelos. Michal Preisler charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Preisler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dream Team RN - FDFDF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Michal Preisler hit a great ball. If Michal Preisler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Augusto de Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jabuticaba EC's Luiz Gustavo Marinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Luiz Gustavo Marinho threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michal Preisler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Dream Team RN - FDFDF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Michal Preisler hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Jabuticaba EC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto de Carvalho came free, but Luiz Gustavo Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Luiz Gustavo Marinho threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michal Preisler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 88th minute, Roberto Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Dream Team RN - FDFDF's Michal Preisler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luiz Gustavo Marinho. Luiz Gustavo Marinho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. With a little luck, Jabuticaba EC's Luiz Gustavo Marinho got control of the ball when Augusto de Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Jabuticaba EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dream Team RN - FDFDF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
