Dida Moura charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dida Moura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dida Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Manuel Vaz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alhandra's Luís Gustavo Neto. Luís Gustavo Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Manuel Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MOCAMBINHENSE SA's Cássio Custódio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save MOCAMBINHENSE SA from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Rodolfo de Almeida notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of MOCAMBINHENSE SA's Cássio Custódio. Cássio Custódio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute Eurico Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, MOCAMBINHENSE SA's Arthur de Lara made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Gustavo Neto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Manuel Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. MOCAMBINHENSE SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Gustavo Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dida Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cássio Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Manuel Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dida Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Manuel Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Vaz made a kick off. When Arthur de Lara came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the MOCAMBINHENSE SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arthur de Lara couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Arthur de Lara made a precise shot to the right of Luís Gustavo Neto. Alhandra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Alhandra's Luís Gustavo Neto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Alhandra from getting a goal against them. Sílvio Luís de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 67 minutes, Manuel Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MOCAMBINHENSE SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Vaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Gustavo Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Manuel Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurico Pereira struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Luís Gustavo Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MOCAMBINHENSE SA. Luís Gustavo Neto made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Manuel Vaz sent off a good shot on target. MOCAMBINHENSE SA's Manuel Vaz got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Alhandra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MOCAMBINHENSE SA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
