Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Josué Custódio made the kick off which started today's match. Simão Valadares came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by BRAMBILLA's Gualter Paraíba. But to his dismay, Gualter Paraíba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 9th minute Gualter Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Fronteiro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Borges came free, but Simão Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Gaspar in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Donato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BRAMBILLA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fronteiro EC the free kick. After 16 played minutes BRAMBILLA got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Donato. Josué Custódio struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Sandrinho do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fronteiro EC. BRAMBILLA's Sandrinho do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save BRAMBILLA from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Fronteiro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Paraíba came free, but Simão Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Borges in the 21st minute of play forced Fronteiro EC's goalkeeper Simão Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simão Valadares came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by BRAMBILLA's Ernani Gaspar. But to his dismay, Ernani Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Wágner Borges took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simão Valadares. Simão Valadares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 29 minutes into the game, Nilmar Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Simão Valadares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute, Nilmar Sá made a precise shot to the right of Simão Valadares. Fronteiro EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 40 minutes into the match, Fronteiro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Paraíba came free, but Simão Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Gualter Paraíba made a precise shot to the right of Simão Valadares. Fronteiro EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

Wágner Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Simão Valadares made a huge save. Sandrinho do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílton Vergílio in the 54th minute of the match. Ernani Gaspar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Simão Valadares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Luís Paulo Montenegro's late challenge caught a BRAMBILLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Paulo Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Fronteiro EC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Paulo Montenegro. Simão Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Paraíba in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Fronteiro EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes of play, BRAMBILLA's Ernani Gaspar made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simão Valadares was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Fronteiro EC's Simão Valadares got control of the ball when Wágner Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Fronteiro EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Josué Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho do Vale having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Fronteiro EC got a freekick which was hit by Emerson de Toledo. Simão Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar Sá in the 79th minute of the match. Simão Valadares was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Nilmar Sá capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nilmar Sá really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Nilmar Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernani Gaspar got free with Simão Valadares in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fronteiro EC's Simão Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Paraíba in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Wágner Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BRAMBILLA played a much better game than Fronteiro EC and deserved their victory. The Fronteiro EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
