A collision led to COLUMBUS CREW BR getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Enrique Baiano hit a great ball. COLUMBUS CREW BR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Recursolandia the free kick. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Recursolandia reached it. Matías Matorin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Despite being the better team, Recursolandia failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
