Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abduzidos F. C.'s Valdemar de Godoi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xuripa's Basílio da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar de Godoi in the 2nd minute of play. Liu Lin Bang took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basílio da Fonseca. Basílio da Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Basílio da Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Vander's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Sebastião Vander made a precise shot to the right of Basílio da Fonseca. Xuripa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 15 minutes into the game, Liu Lin Bang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abduzidos F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xuripa the free kick. The supporters of Xuripa booed when Abduzidos F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liu Lin Bang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Basílio da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Yahya Sökmener in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Vander in the 25th minute of play forced Xuripa's goalkeeper Basílio da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Abduzidos F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Yahya Sökmener to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute Ahmet Yahya Sökmener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes, Alex Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xuripa and the Abduzidos F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Xuripa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Liu Lin Bang struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Basílio da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abduzidos F. C.. Basílio da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Lin Bang, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Liu Lin Bang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ramiro Soares fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xuripa's protests and gave Ramiro Soares a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Xuripa got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Soares. After 47 minutes of play, Abduzidos F. C.'s Valdemar de Godoi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basílio da Fonseca was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Abduzidos F. C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Soares to strike the kick off in the second half. Liu Lin Bang's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Basílio da Fonseca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Xuripa's Ramiro Soares got a free kick in the 56th minute. Basílio da Fonseca came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Abduzidos F. C.'s Amadeo Pabst. But to his dismay, Amadeo Pabst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Liu Lin Bang struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Basílio da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abduzidos F. C.. 65 minutes into the match, Liu Lin Bang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basílio da Fonseca, 0-6. 72 minutes into the match, Xuripa's goalkeeper Basílio da Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Vander. If Alex Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Soares hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Liu Lin Bang took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Basílio da Fonseca to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 89 minutes, Ahmet Yahya Sökmener managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abduzidos F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Yahya Sökmener was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Xuripa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Abduzidos F. C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
