Sebastião Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Cordeiro having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Orico's goalkeeper Alexandre Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liu Lin Bang. Teodoro Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percival Neiva having to interfere. Alexandre Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ahmet Yahya Sökmener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abduzidos F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Yahya Sökmener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Orico's Elói Perez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Liu Lin Bang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Pabst couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Sebastião Vander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abduzidos F. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 45th minute, Orico's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sebastião Vander fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Mandrak made a kick off. Eurico Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Sebastião Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Valdemar de Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Abduzidos F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar de Godoi couldn't finish the play. Perivaldo Paulista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Cordeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Alexandre Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Yahya Sökmener, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Teodoro Mandrak hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Ahmet Yahya Sökmener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abduzidos F. C.'s Liu Lin Bang got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Lin Bang in the 74th minute of play. Ahmet Yahya Sökmener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Orico's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Yahya Sökmener came free, but Alexandre Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liu Lin Bang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alexandre Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
