Vágner Marques came out of the goal and Ahmet Yahya Sökmener tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Sebastião Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abduzidos F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Vander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 8 minutes, Wanderson Paranaense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivedos F.C and the Abduzidos F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Olivedos F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Abduzidos F. C.:s goal. Sebastião Vander walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 11 minutes into the match, Olivedos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar de Godoi came free, but Vágner Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Olivedos F.C defense, Liu Lin Bang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vágner Marques. The Olivedos F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vágner Marques should have stopped the shot. Percival Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Peixoto in the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl Arruda in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Percival Neiva saved Abduzidos F. C. from getting behind. After having played for 20 minutes, Ahmet Yahya Sökmener managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abduzidos F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Yahya Sökmener was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Valdo Linares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivedos F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abduzidos F. C. the free kick. Valdo Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivedos F.C's goalkeeper Vágner Marques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sebastião Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Yahya Sökmener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Marques having to interfere. Ahmet Yahya Sökmener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Liu Lin Bang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liu Lin Bang struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Vágner Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abduzidos F. C.. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Liu Lin Bang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Vágner Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sebastião Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vágner Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Vander in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Abduzidos F. C.'s Valdemar de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vágner Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Raúl Arruda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Percival Neiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Ahmet Yahya Sökmener kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Raúl Arruda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Liu Lin Bang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdemar de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Vágner Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abduzidos F. C.. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Valdemar de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abduzidos F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vágner Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Liu Lin Bang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Yahya Sökmener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Marques having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play Olivedos F.C's Valdo Linares was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Valdo Linares hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Ahmet Yahya Sökmener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastião Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
