Banana Centrífuga's Robert Lampa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvis Tek in the 13th minute of play. Robert Lampa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Adolfo Magalhães in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Hernani Rosado notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Arara azul's Wit Panasewicz. Wit Panasewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Banana Centrífuga's zone, Elvis Tek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Lampa came out of the goal and Elvis Tek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Banana Centrífuga's Xines Abenda got a free kick in the 25th minute. Robert Lampa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvis Tek, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Hugo Trancoso's late challenge caught a Arara azul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Arara azul booed when Banana Centrífuga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Trancoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elvis Tek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Lampa having to interfere. Robert Lampa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Robert Lampa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvis Tek in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Elvis Tek made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Arara azul's Raimundo Dionísio got a free kick in the 51st minute. Robert Lampa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvis Tek in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, João Adolfo Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arara azul's supporters rose to their feet, but João Adolfo Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Lampa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wit Panasewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Rosado in the 58th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Elvis Tek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Lampa. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Arara azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. Wit Panasewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Rosado in the 87th minute of play. Elvis Tek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Arara azul's João Adolfo Magalhães dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Arara azul's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
