Carlos Fernando Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Arara azul's Danilo Marques got a free kick in the 5th minute. Moisés Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moisés Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moisés Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulinho da Cunha in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wit Panasewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Paulinho da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Panasewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho da Cunha in the 26th minute of play. Paulinho da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Wit Panasewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Frederico Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulinho da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Santastico Fc got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Mesquita. After a defensive mix-up in Arara azul's zone, Paulinho da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wit Panasewicz came out of the goal and Paulinho da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Durval Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wit Panasewicz having to interfere.

The wind increased when Elvis Tek made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Elvis Tek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arara azul's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvis Tek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafa Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Marques got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Frederico Abreu might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wit Panasewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frederico Abreu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th match minute, Arara azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Giusti to maneuver through the defense. Wit Panasewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Paulinho da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulinho da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Adolfo Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafa Pinheiro having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Durval Xavier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santastico Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arara azul the free kick. Santastico Fc's Frederico Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederico Abreu struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Wit Panasewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santastico Fc. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Frederico Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santastico Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederico Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wit Panasewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes Santastico Fc got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Mesquita. Arara azul's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Santastico Fc had won, even though Arara azul had held more of the ball.
