The supporters of Curucamba booed when WoW FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Curucamba's Deivid Freitas got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Deivid Freitas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus Meirelles was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Márcio Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Santana in the 20th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Curucamba got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Freitas. The audience was convinced that Guto Brandao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus Meirelles was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th match minute, WoW FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Fontes to maneuver through the defense. If Ricardo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, WoW FC's Dráusio Dante got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Guto Brandao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WoW FC's Mateus Meirelles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evandro Jacinto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Jeferson Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Deivid Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Curucamba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deivid Freitas couldn't finish the play. Mateus Meirelles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guto Brandao went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 66th match minute, Curucamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Décio do Vale to maneuver through the defense. Jeferson Santana struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Márcio Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WoW FC. Jeferson Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Márcio Mazza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Curucamba's Ricardo Leite nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateus Meirelles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Deivid Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curucamba's supporters rose to their feet, but Deivid Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateus Meirelles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Guto Brandao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Meirelles. WoW FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guto Brandao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. André Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Márcio Mazza having to make a save. Valério Lopez hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Jeferson Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WoW FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeferson Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateus Meirelles was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Guto Brandao capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guto Brandao really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Curucamba's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
