Valério da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Istivan Crainic having to interfere. Samuel Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Moraes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silas Zanette hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Geovânio Braga came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Penúltimo do Ranhing fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovânio Braga couldn't finish the play. Cipriano Ceresso hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jailson Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieguinho Fernandes having to interfere. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Zé Kobra sped through Penúltimo do Ranhing's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dieguinho Fernandes. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Antônio Carlos da Fonseca got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Zé Kobra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dieguinho Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardinho Nóbrega to make the kick off. Dieguinho Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Kobra in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Dedê Dionísio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dieguinho Fernandes. Penúltimo do Ranhing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dedê Dionísio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Dieguinho Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Paranaense in the 61st minute of the match. Besouro SS were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Penúltimo do Ranhing's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Neto took the corner. A collision led to Penúltimo do Ranhing getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Joaquim Valle hit a great ball. Dieguinho Fernandes came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Besouro SS's Dedê Dionísio. But to his dismay, Dedê Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Geovânio Braga charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovânio Braga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dieguinho Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Zé Kobra made a precise shot to the right of Dieguinho Fernandes. Penúltimo do Ranhing's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Besouro SS had played much better football throughout.
