After a rather tough play, Raiders SC's Hermínio Batista got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thor Asplund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frédson Brito having to interfere. Tiago Gabriel Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Raiders SC's Tadeu Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Kuhaku F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes, Raiders SC's Hermínio Batista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frédson Brito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Raiders SC reached it. In the 30th match minute, Kuhaku F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Thor Asplund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Asplund in the 33rd minute of play forced Kuhaku F.C's goalkeeper Frédson Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thor Asplund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Frédson Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frédson Brito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thor Asplund's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Kuhaku F.C's Tales Custódio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vítor Abraão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frédson Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Asplund in the 46th minute of the match. Luiz Soares charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 48th minute, Luiz Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thor Asplund to make the kick off. When Luiz Soares came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Kuhaku F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Soares couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tales Custódio in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Abraão saved Raiders SC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Albuquerque during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kuhaku F.C's Ramiro Albuquerque got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Tales Custódio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vítor Abraão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 77 minutes into the match, Kuhaku F.C's goalkeeper Frédson Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeu Salgado. Geraldo Toscano made a great header on Raiders SC's corner, it was just that Kuhaku F.C's Frédson Brito managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Luiz Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kuhaku F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tales Custódio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Thor Asplund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Thor Asplund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
