Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) In the 4th match minute, Shadow FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Senna to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Shadow FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Perez came free, but Edinho Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Alberto Trigo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edinho Baptista. Shadow FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edinho Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes FLA MQ BRASIL got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Trigo. Edinho Baptista came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FLA MQ BRASIL's Luís Fabiano Freire. But to his dismay, Luís Fabiano Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Pedro Carvalho in the 21st minute of play forced Shadow FC's goalkeeper Edinho Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Luís Fabiano Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Luís Fabiano Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot. FLA MQ BRASIL's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Fabiano Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edinho Baptista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shadow FC were furious when Benjamim Vaz was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 39th minute, one of Shadow FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shadow FC. 47 minutes into the match, Shadow FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fabiano Freire came free, but Edinho Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nestor Ramos was the one to do the kick off. Alexsandro Koehler hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Luís Fabiano Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FLA MQ BRASIL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fabiano Freire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Fabiano Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Edinho Baptista made a huge save. Edinho Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fabiano Freire's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Tadeu Favoretto's late challenge caught a FLA MQ BRASIL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeu Favoretto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FLA MQ BRASIL booed when Shadow FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Tadeu Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Shadow FC's zone, Luís Fabiano Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edinho Baptista came out of the goal and Luís Fabiano Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Joel Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
