Samuca de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Kobra in the 72nd minute of the match. Laércio Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sport Club Recife's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Percival Arce 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3.
