The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wesley Tróia was the one to do the kick off. Hakim Zerara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcinho Camargo got free with Gugu Gaúcho in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Mariusz Zaworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Patriots Brasil's Marcinho Camargo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gugu Gaúcho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Mariusz Zaworski struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Gugu Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patriots Brasil. Gugu Gaúcho came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Patriots Brasil's Marcinho Camargo. But to his dismay, Marcinho Camargo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 92 minutes into the match, Marcinho Camargo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gugu Gaúcho. Patriots Brasil's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
