With his leg Fellipe de Brito managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Breguete FC's Jean Alves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Squall FC's Carlos Eduardo Maia got a free kick in the 13th minute. Fellipe de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Bulă, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Mello in the 17th minute of play forced Squall FC's goalkeeper Fellipe de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Marques in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jailson Soares saved Breguete FC from getting behind. Emerson Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Breguete FC's Fellipe de Brito threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radu Bulă, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Lucas Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Squall FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Breguete FC's Radu Bulă dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Vitório Salles scored 2-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jailson Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavinho Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugênio de Carvalho in the 51st minute of play forced Squall FC's goalkeeper Fellipe de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fellipe de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Vitório Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Squall FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitório Salles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Squall FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jailson Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Salles in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Radu Bulă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Breguete FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Lucas Marques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Jailson Soares made a huge save. Jailson Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Salles in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match Allan Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fellipe de Brito skillfully saved the ball. Eugênio de Carvalho took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fellipe de Brito. Fellipe de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Fellipe de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Bulă, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Radu Bulă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squall FC's Fellipe de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomás Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Fellipe de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Bulă in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Breguete FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
