Pousada 2 Pedros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Honorato Afonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ove Påk in the 19th minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgílio Sá during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Virgílio Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Cristóvão Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Mattos in the 64th minute of play forced Pousada 2 Pedros FC's goalkeeper Tadej Pogačar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paranhos Ariranha FC's Gaspar Gilesindo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Paranhos Ariranha FC from getting a goal against them. Gaspar Gilesindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Ove Påk in the 73rd minute. Gaspar Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Påk in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Queirós got free with Gaspar Gilesindo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alessandro Queirós's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gaspar Gilesindo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tadej Pogačar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristóvão Mattos's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Many of Pousada 2 Pedros FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Pousada 2 Pedros FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Paranhos Ariranha FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
