In the 13th match minute, Black Storm FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Pereira to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Pedro Luiz Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. J.J CALDAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Luiz Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvaldo Borges breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in J.J CALDAS's zone, João Pedro Paulista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeferson Silva came out of the goal and João Pedro Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Karanewski in the 20th minute of play forced Black Storm FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Borges didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacq Lieckens went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Black Storm FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Karanewski came free, but Edvaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ildefonso Quintanadueñas fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored J.J CALDAS's protests and gave Ildefonso Quintanadueñas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Black Storm FC booed when J.J CALDAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Quintanadueñas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeferson Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Paulista in the 29th minute of play. Black Storm FC's João Pedro Paulista was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jeferson Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Valdomiro de Lima came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the J.J CALDAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdomiro de Lima couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Black Storm FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Karanewski came free, but Edvaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. J.J CALDAS's Jeferson Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Secco in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Black Storm FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nilton Quintal came free, but Edvaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Black Storm FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. J.J CALDAS were winning 0-2.

Jeferson Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Paulista in the 54th minute of the match. Ildefonso Quintanadueñas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Borges made a huge save. In the 56th minute João Pedro Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeferson Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Black Storm FC were awarded a corner. João Pedro Paulista went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Black Storm FC's corner João Pedro Paulista fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeferson Silva quite easily take care of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Nilton Quintal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Borges. Black Storm FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nilton Quintal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 62nd minute, Murilo Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, J.J CALDAS's Vicente Chabier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvaldo Borges made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Téo Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jeferson Silva came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Black Storm FC's Luís Fabiano Secco. But to his dismay, Luís Fabiano Secco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Edvaldo Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoni Karanewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nilton Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the J.J CALDAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilton Quintal couldn't finish the play. Edvaldo Borges was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Jacq Lieckens capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacq Lieckens really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacq Lieckens in the 96th minute of play forced Black Storm FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Black Storm FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. J.J CALDAS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
