Spectators: 7800 (Terracing: 5850, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 156) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ragnar Bålström started the match with the kick off. Cléber Miranda came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Buritizo's Ragnar Bålström. But to his dismay, Ragnar Bålström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 8 played minutes Taciua got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Sergipano. Cléber Miranda was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ricardo Rocha. Cléber Miranda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragnar Bålström's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Cléber Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Bålström in the 11th minute of the match. Buritizo's Glauco Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pimenta in the 13th minute of play. Cléber Miranda was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Ragnar Bålström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ragnar Bålström really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Cléber Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Lemiesz in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Witalis Lemiesz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cléber Miranda. The goal made the score 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Witalis Lemiesz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cléber Miranda. That made the score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. With 38 minutes on the clock, Fred Trancoso commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 37th minute, one of Taciua:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Taciua. Ricardo Rocha placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Andrè Callus hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cléber Miranda came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Buritizo's Silvio Artizar. But to his dismay, Silvio Artizar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Silvio Artizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Cléber Miranda made a huge save. Rogério Motta charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Motta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelinho Lago was the one to do the kick off. Cléber Miranda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witalis Lemiesz went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Buritizo's Silvio Artizar got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ruy Bueno hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Rogério Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taciua's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glauco Rosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glauco Rosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardinho de Sena went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, Ragnar Bålström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Cléber Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Silvio Artizar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cléber Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. Ragnar Bålström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cléber Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Lemiesz in the 91st minute of play forced Taciua's goalkeeper Cléber Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Witalis Lemiesz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buritizo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-1. Buritizo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
