Manchester United's Emilio Piearres got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, SANTOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Eduardo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Natã Tróia got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
