Gildo de Lima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Alfredinho da Costa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Gildo de Lima reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredinho da Costa. The goal made the score 2-0. But to his dismay, Alf Elg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Alfredinho da Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredinho da Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf Elg went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Bertioga fully deserved thier win.
