Sílvio Luiz Medeiros got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. With a little luck, Juventus Turim- DMZ's Alfredinho da Costa got control of the ball when Manfredo Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredinho da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdemar Dracena got free with Alfredinho da Costa in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Habib Al Dosery reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredinho da Costa. The goal made the score 1-8. Manfredo Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manfredo Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manfredo Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Cosmópolis Futebol Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
