In the 21st minute, Ostrália's Dudu Varela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Amorim. Geovanni Ceresso helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee ended the match the Ostrália players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
