Lino Valladares hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Luís Guilherme Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Cremonese FC's Kong Gang Zhan got control of the ball when Mebarek El-Hadi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kong Gang Zhan made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Sidney Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. Beneficiente's Alexandre Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasar Bonnemain in the 23rd minute of play. Jackie Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Couto having to interfere. When Jackie Tan came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Cremonese FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jackie Tan couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Marcus Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Couto. Beneficiente's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Batista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Alexandre Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Batista in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Cremonese FC booed when Beneficiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zheng Guang Ning didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Guilherme Cunha got free with Kong Gang Zhan in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beneficiente were furious when Zheng Guang Ning was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 42 minutes into the game, one of Beneficiente:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. It was Edgar Appel who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Beneficiente's Luís Guilherme Cunha to fire away a dangerous shot which Kong Gang Zhan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kong Gang Zhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Carneiro in the 64th minute of play. Alexandre Couto made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Jackie Tan sent off a good shot on target.
