Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaltino Toledo started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Kabelo FC's zone, Luís Guilherme Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliézer Sergipano came out of the goal and Luís Guilherme Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kabelo FC's Alfredo Paranaense got a free kick in the 10th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Luís Guilherme Cunha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eliézer Sergipano. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Lara Peñaranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Matorin in the 17th minute of play. Eliézer Sergipano made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Mebarek El-Hadi sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Mebarek El-Hadi fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Eliézer Sergipano. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Beneficiente's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. Sidney Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Eliézer Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Guilherme Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliézer Sergipano having to interfere. Dida Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kabelo FC's Alfredo Paranaense tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Beneficiente's Luís Guilherme Cunha was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Edgar Appel kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Luís Guilherme Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Alex Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Lara Peñaranda made a huge save. After having played for 53 minutes, Luís Guilherme Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beneficiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Guilherme Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Cunha in the 55th minute of play forced Kabelo FC's goalkeeper Eliézer Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Appel made a great header on Beneficiente's corner, it was just that Kabelo FC's Eliézer Sergipano managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 59th minute Beneficiente were awarded a corner. Edgar Appel went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Beneficiente's Mebarek El-Hadi got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Kabelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Carneiro came free, but Eliézer Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agnaldo Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kabelo FC's zone, Edgar Appel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliézer Sergipano came out of the goal and Edgar Appel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Kabelo FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alfredo Paranaense hit a great ball. In the 69th minute Luís Guilherme Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliézer Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lara Peñaranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Matorin in the 71st minute of play. Lara Peñaranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Barreto in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Kabelo FC booed when Beneficiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laércio Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Alex Barreto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Guilherme Cunha in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliézer Sergipano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Guilherme Cunha took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliézer Sergipano. Eliézer Sergipano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alex Barreto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lara Peñaranda came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Barreto slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 88th minute. After 91 minutes, Motta Grazi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beneficiente and the Kabelo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino Toledo in the 94th minute of play forced Beneficiente's goalkeeper Lara Peñaranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kabelo FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Alfredo Paranaense hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kabelo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Beneficiente.
