Rodrigo Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Rodrigo Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yasar Bonnemain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Hassan Mignon managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Clube União Popular booed when Cremonese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Jurgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clube União Popular's Yngve Kristiansson got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Yasar Bonnemain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rodrigo Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Jackie Tan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cremonese FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 40 minutes into the match, Clube União Popular's goal looked a bit too open when Yasar Bonnemain came free, but Rodrigo Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Marcus Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cremonese FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
