João Paulo Ribeiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Bernardinho Travassos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dorival Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardinho Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Diniz in the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Herrera came free, but Flávio Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimeno Herrera took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flávio Galvão. Flávio Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Ribeiro in the 63rd minute of play forced Real Madrid's goalkeeper Bernardinho Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Dorival Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Botinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Sandro Negri put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bernardinho Travassos. With a little luck, Botinho FC's Flávio Galvão got control of the ball when Mateusz Ludwiczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Botinho FC's João Paulo Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
