An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Marchlewicz in the 10th minute of play forced Ibis Football Club's goalkeeper Eusébio Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maciej Marchlewicz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Eusébio Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Ibis Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maciej Marchlewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 24th minute, Maciej Marchlewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Gaúcho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Enrique Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Fernando Schmidt hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibis Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. Eusébio Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Kadıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Zumbi's zone, Enrique Vargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoni Beninda came out of the goal and Enrique Vargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kang Fan Xiang might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusébio Gaúcho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kang Fan Xiang ran back to his position shaking his head.

In the 52nd minute Maciej Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ibis Football Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Maciej Marchlewicz scored to the left of an out of position Eusébio Gaúcho, making the score, 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Maciej Marchlewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eusébio Gaúcho. That made the score 0-9 in the 61 minute of play. Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado was substituted for Maciej Marchlewicz. Vila Zumbi made a substitution. Oséias Quirino replaced Gigel Tofan. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusébio Gaúcho. That made the score 0-10 after 66 minutes of play. Nestor Favoretto hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Almir Salgado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusébio Gaúcho. Ibis Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Almir Salgado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. After 86 minutes, Almir Salgado made it 0-15 with a short kick to the right side. Ibis Football Club's Eusébio Gaúcho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Almir Salgado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusébio Gaúcho came out and tried to block the shot, but Almir Salgado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-16 in the 89th minute. When Almir Salgado came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vila Zumbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Almir Salgado couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusébio Gaúcho. That made the score 0-17 after 94 minutes of play.
