Natingui FC's attentive Jonas Fantini managed to snatch the ball when Jorge Magalhães made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Eliseu Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Faustão Romero made a huge save. If Eliseu Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flamengo FC's Faustão Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Flamengo FC from getting a goal against them. If Paulino Sacristán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseu Guerra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Faustão Romero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Faustão Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 29 played minutes Flamengo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Magalhães. Faustão Romero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulino Sacristán to make the kick off. Faustão Romero came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Natingui FC's Eliseu Guerra. But to his dismay, Eliseu Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 61 minutes into the match, Jonas Fantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustão Romero. Flamengo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Natingui FC's Anderson Salgado was substituted for Felippe Alcântara. If José Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eliseu Guerra scored 5-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustão Romero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Flamengo FC's zone, Eliseu Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Romero came out of the goal and Eliseu Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
