Spectators: 7749 (Terracing: 5813, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) COMCHOPP's Luís Paulo Leme started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, COMCHOPP's Armandinho Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Samuca Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a corner. COMCHOPP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arí Machado ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 6 minutes of play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Sílvio Dantas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuca Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cícero da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Arí Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Sílvio Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuca Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Cícero da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuca Velloso. COMCHOPP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cícero da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo Leme in the 27th minute of play. Kléber Vander's late challenge caught a CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kléber Vander helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, COMCHOPP's Kléber Vander got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 36 minutes of play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Arí Machado made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuca Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the game, Arí Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Samuca Velloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arí Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuca Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Arí Machado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuca Velloso having to make a save. The COMCHOPP players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA were winning 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cícero da Costa to make the kick off. Samuca Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Portero, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA were awarded a corner. Arí Machado went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Arí Machado almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but COMCHOPP's Samuca Velloso did a great save. 57 minutes into the game, Arí Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Samuca Velloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, Guilherme Bittencourt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Amor came out of the goal and Guilherme Bittencourt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuca Velloso came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Arí Machado. But to his dismay, Arí Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Fabiano Quadros charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Quadros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA booed when COMCHOPP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Arí Machado. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cícero da Costa in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuca Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válter Schmidt in the 82nd minute of play. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válter Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Felippe Paranaense could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Samuca Velloso however easily saved by the left post. In the 86th minute, Cícero da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes, COMCHOPP's Válter Schmidt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Melquiades Amor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in COMCHOPP reached it. Samuca Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Dantas in the 90th minute of the match. Samuca Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cícero da Costa's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The COMCHOPP fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
