After some careless play in the Electric Warriors defense, Maicon Pires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alessandro Sarmento. The Electric Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alessandro Sarmento should have stopped the shot. Electric Warriors's Alessandro Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Pires in the 10th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Olympique Deleon's Eurico Aguiar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alessandro Sarmento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maicon Pires might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alessandro Sarmento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 71stth minute of the game Maicon Pires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Electric Warriors's Alessandro Sarmento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olympique Deleon's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
