When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agostinho Félix made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Razer Sphex's zone, Zeca Vergílio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Uxio came out of the goal and Zeca Vergílio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vágner Galvão made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Jeferson Diniz sent off a good shot on target. Leon Uxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredão Prata in the 94th minute of play.
