Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edu Silva got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Sarmento was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 6th minute, Cipriano Duarte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Russe Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Trocary's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Duarte came free, but Frank Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Russe Athletic's Jarbas Vargas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frank Sarmento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Frank Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Skaradowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Marcelinho Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Trocary defense, Cipriano Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frank Sarmento. The Trocary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frank Sarmento should have stopped the shot. After 22 minutes of play, Russe Athletic's Patrick Meira made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Sarmento was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute, Ronaldo Riesgo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Russe Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 30th minute, Patrick Meira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frank Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 34th minute Jarbas Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelinho Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurico de Godoi having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Russe Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Pires to maneuver through the defense. If Benedito Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trocary's Frank Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Duarte in the 43rd minute of play. When Russe Athletic's Ronaldo Riesgo in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trocary's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Meira in the 45th minute of the match. Cipriano Duarte took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Sarmento. Frank Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Duarte to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trocary's goalkeeper Frank Sarmento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Glauco Valadares in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Trocary's Benedito Varela. Frank Sarmento made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Cipriano Duarte sent off a good shot on target. Marcelinho Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelinho Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Trocary's Marcelinho Branco got a free kick in the 59th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Patrick Meira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Frank Sarmento. That made the score 0-10 in the 60 minute of play. Cipriano Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronaldo Riesgo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Frank Sarmento made a huge save. Trocary's Frank Sarmento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Trocary from getting a goal against them. Russe Athletic's Eurico de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Branco in the 72nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Russe Athletic's Jarbas Vargas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frank Sarmento. That made the score 0-11 after 75 minutes of play. Frank Sarmento came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Russe Athletic's Jarbas Vargas. But to his dismay, Jarbas Vargas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Frank Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Meira in the 89th minute of the match. Ronaldo Riesgo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Frank Sarmento made a huge save. Frank Sarmento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cipriano Duarte showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 93 minute of play. Russe Athletic's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
