Gilberto Madeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frédson Castro in the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Star One Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Kruuse to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Madeo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Star One Team were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Jr Familia Campos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Porto took the corner. Samuel Kruuse made a great header on Star One Team's corner, it was just that Jr Familia Campos FC's Valdir Gaúcho managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ysmael Trejo got free with Valdir Gaúcho in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 played minutes Star One Team got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Sena. In the 37thth minute of the game Leo Crespo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Star One Team's Gilberto Madeo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Madeo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ysmael Trejo made a kick off. With his leg Gilberto Madeo managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Jr Familia Campos FC's Frédson Castro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Frédson Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Madeo having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, Star One Team's Well-Well Gatovskiy made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdir Gaúcho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Star One Team defense, Frédson Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Madeo. The Star One Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Madeo should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Star One Team's Gilberto Madeo got control of the ball when Leo Crespo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Frédson Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Madeo. Star One Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frédson Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Star One Team booed when Jr Familia Campos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jr Familia Campos FC's Valdir Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ysmael Trejo in the 80th minute of play. Gilberto Madeo had great luck who in the 82ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Leo Crespo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Frédson Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Star One Team's Téo Santos got a free kick in the 87th minute. With an all-out effort, Jr Familia Campos FC's Gilberto Madeo threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leo Crespo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Valdir Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ysmael Trejo in the 92nd minute of play. Frédson Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Madeo having to interfere. Samuel Kruuse kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Dênis de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
