Remigio Claus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Rodrigues stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 99th minute, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ştefan Arghiroiu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Climax FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
