He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guardiões da Muralha FC reached it. Inácio Cruz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cléber Maia in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Amaral in the 31st minute of play forced Marumby's goalkeeper Inácio Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Marumby's goalkeeper Inácio Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cléber Maia. In the 34th minute, Tiaguinho Amaral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inácio Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Conrado Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Conrado Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Marumby's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Maia came free, but Inácio Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Guardiões da Muralha FC got a freekick which was hit by Vânderson Amorim. After a rather tough play, Guardiões da Muralha FC's Tiaguinho Amaral got a free kick in the 72nd minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
