Gian Weidt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flávio Matos went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Giovana F C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Adriano Rodrigues scored to the left of an out of position Gian Weidt, making the score, 2-0. Gian Weidt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adriano Rodrigues showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. A collision led to Xapetuba Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bernardo Soares hit a great ball. Tiaguinho da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bordat Vidania in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Adriano Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gian Weidt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Adriano Rodrigues hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Tiaguinho da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Giovana F C's goalkeeper Gian Weidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Rodrigues. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Tiaguinho da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Angelsø, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Eusébio Angelsø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Tiaguinho da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovana F C made a substitution. Wilson Arósio replaced Iustin Teodor. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Tiaguinho da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amauri de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Jacinto Paraíba notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Giovana F C's Gian Weidt. Gian Weidt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeu Xavier came free, but Tiaguinho da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eusébio Angelsø ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tiaguinho da Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bordat Vidania in the 94th minute. After 94 played minutes Giovana F C got a freekick which was hit by Zheng Yan Cheng. When the referee blew the final whistle, Xapetuba Futebol Clube could leave the field as winners, despite Giovana F C having more of the ball for most of the match.
