The referee showed Mavrudi Dichkov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Caldebrazza's Magno Cardozo was substituted for Zé Roberto Moreno. A collision led to Clube Atlético Palhocense getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ronaldo França hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Hubertas Dabkevičius shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Barreto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mauro Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, Caldebrazza's Alessandro Linares got control of the ball when Atilla Kağan Uzman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Hubertas Dabkevičius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldebrazza's supporters rose to their feet, but Hubertas Dabkevičius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Barreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hubertas Dabkevičius hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Atilla Kağan Uzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alessandro Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Roch Pliszka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caldebrazza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Atlético Palhocense the free kick. Caldebrazza:s Alessandro Linares showed great skill when he stopped Ludomil Rukszcz:s penalty. Mauro Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubertas Dabkevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 39 minutes into the match, Caldebrazza's goal looked a bit too open when Mavrudi Dichkov came free, but Alessandro Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Caldebrazza's goalkeeper Alessandro Linares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilla Kağan Uzman. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomil Rukszcz to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Caldebrazza's Mauro Barreto threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hubertas Dabkevičius, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hubertas Dabkevičius received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauro Barreto came out and tried to block the shot, but Hubertas Dabkevičius slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 54th minute. Hubertas Dabkevičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Mauro Barreto made a huge save. The supporters of Clube Atlético Palhocense booed when Caldebrazza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubertas Dabkevičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Linares having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hubertas Dabkevičius got free with Mauro Barreto in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alessandro Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomil Rukszcz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Alessandro Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Sousa in the 83rd minute of play forced Clube Atlético Palhocense's goalkeeper Mauro Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fernando França scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessandro Linares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clóvis Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Linares having to interfere. If Duda de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clube Atlético Palhocense were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Caldebrazza for a fine match.
