In the 3rd minute, Ricardinho Correia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Paulo Souza. The goal made the score 1-0. The SÃO PAULO 4EVER fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when SÃO PAULO 4EVER's 武诚树 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of SÃO PAULO 4EVER booed when Anderbye FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adilson Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Ricardinho Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Paulo Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武诚树 in the 13th minute of play. Ricardinho Correia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 14th playminute. After 17 played minutes SÃO PAULO 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by 武诚树. After some careless play in the SÃO PAULO 4EVER defense, Ricardinho Correia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Paulo Souza. The SÃO PAULO 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Paulo Souza should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by 武诚树 in the 24th minute of play forced Anderbye FC's goalkeeper Ulisses Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 武诚树 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Toledo having to interfere. 武诚树 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ulisses Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 武诚树 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulisses Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho Moraes in the 32nd minute of play. Ulisses Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 武诚树 in the 35th minute of the match. Nestor Ramalho hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute of the match Gino Barral sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulisses Toledo skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ricardinho Correia made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Vitinho Moraes notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo. Ulisses Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 60 minutes into the match, SÃO PAULO 4EVER's 武诚树 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulisses Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Anderbye FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Gino Barral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 武诚树 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Magno Vale in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Anderbye FC's Bruno de Amaral. 75 minutes into the match, Anderbye FC's goal looked a bit too open when 武诚树 came free, but Ulisses Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, SÃO PAULO 4EVER's Ulisses Toledo threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 武诚树, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Geovânio de Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anderbye FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovânio de Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Paulo Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武诚树 in the 81st minute of play. SÃO PAULO 4EVER were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Anderbye FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gino Barral took the corner. After taking down the ball on SÃO PAULO 4EVER's corner Gino Barral fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ulisses Toledo quite easily take care of the ball. When Ricardinho Correia came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Anderbye FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardinho Correia couldn't finish the play. Ulisses Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitinho Moraes in the 88th minute. Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Anderbye FC from getting a goal against them. The Anderbye FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
