The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in FactorX FC - CIMZ's zone, Marin Chesaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Meireles came out of the goal and Marin Chesaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute Otávio Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinei Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Sanga funda's Hudson Terra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Meireles. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otávio Dionísio in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th match minute, FactorX FC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaká dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Marin Chesaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudinei Meireles. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Sanga funda's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Moreno came free, but Oliver Wikenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Hudson Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Zeca Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Wikenburg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sanga funda booed when FactorX FC - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sílvio Luís Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes FactorX FC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Bittencourt. 35 minutes into the match, Otávio Dionísio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FactorX FC - CIMZ's Claudinei Meireles. Claudinei Meireles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oliver Wikenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Moreno in the 40th minute of play. Oliver Wikenburg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeca Moreno's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Chesaru in the 44th minute of play forced FactorX FC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Claudinei Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hudson Terra to strike the kick off in the second half. Claudinei Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Dionísio in the 54th minute of play. Claudinei Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Corrêa in the 55th minute of the match. Marin Chesaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Claudinei Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinei Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Chesaru in the 72nd minute of the match. After 72 played minutes FactorX FC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Ferreira. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Pontes during the 76th minute. Claudinei Meireles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Zeca Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 96 minutes of play, Sanga funda's Marin Chesaru made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinei Meireles was left in no man's land by his defense there!
