Marcel Dracena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Estação F.C fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Estação F.C's Belmiro Figueiredo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 14 minutes, Malte Örtendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estação F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malte Örtendahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Malte Örtendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 王飞松, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Mandrak during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Mandrak hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. A hard shot 22 in the game by Felipe Passos from a close distance when the talented Severino Vergílio managed to make a qualified save. Estação F.C's players were relieved. After 22 played minutes The Losers got a freekick which was hit by Dênis Nascimento. Malte Örtendahl might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Dracena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Malte Örtendahl ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Belmiro Figueiredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Dracena. The Losers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belmiro Figueiredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Belmiro Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute Belmiro Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Luizinho Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of The Losers booed when Estação F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Gorosti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belmiro Figueiredo to make the kick off. Belmiro Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Severino Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Passos in the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Losers's goalkeeper Marcel Dracena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, The Losers's Marcel Dracena got control of the ball when Malte Örtendahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Estação F.C's goal looked a bit too open when 王飞松 came free, but Severino Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Malte Örtendahl got free with Marcel Dracena in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Estação F.C's Belmiro Figueiredo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Estação F.C made a substitution. Miguel Silva replaced Nicanor Gorosti. Marcel Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Figueiredo in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Sebastião Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, The Losers's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Figueiredo came free, but Marcel Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estação F.C's Oséias Botelho was substituted for Alex Gomes. Estação F.C's Ulisses Proença quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dênis Nascimento, made in the 86th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Estação F.C's Malte Örtendahl slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Dracena. That made the score 1-6 after 88 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Estação F.C's Marcel Dracena threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Belmiro Figueiredo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Estação F.C played a much better game than The Losers and deserved their victory. The The Losers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
