In the 30th match minute, Minotauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Dias to maneuver through the defense. Bartosz Bednorz scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséas Trancoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Minotauro's Zé Paulo Mendonça was substituted for Severino Guerra. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Douglas Berger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Damião got free with Oséas Trancoso in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
