An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Agostinho Almeida got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ritvaldis Rau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Almeida in the 8th minute of play forced FC Red Ale Perdizes's goalkeeper Frédson Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agostinho Almeida who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Frédson Nunes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Gilson Meirelles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Frédson Nunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agostinho Almeida went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Rafa Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wágner Seco having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, FC Red Ale Perdizes's goalkeeper Frédson Nunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilson Meirelles. The crowd rose to their feet as Juventudes Libertárias's Rubinho Loureiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frédson Nunes. That made the score 4-0 after 27 minutes of play. Frédson Nunes came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Juventudes Libertárias's Agostinho Almeida. But to his dismay, Agostinho Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 40th minute, Alexsandro Simão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventudes Libertárias fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Frédson Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Almeida in the 44th minute of the match. Wágner Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Freire in the 46th minute of play. Frédson Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilson Meirelles in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ritvaldis Rau was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Ritvaldis Rau made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Red Ale Perdizes's Frédson Nunes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Agostinho Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frédson Nunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ritvaldis Rau's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Agostinho Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Frédson Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ritvaldis Rau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Alexsandro Simão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 69th minute, Alexsandro Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Juventudes Libertárias fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Juventudes Libertárias's Agostinho Almeida looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 77 minutes into the match, Gilson Meirelles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frédson Nunes. FC Red Ale Perdizes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilson Meirelles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. In the 88th minute, Rubinho Loureiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventudes Libertárias fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Frédson Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Almeida in the 92nd minute of play. Frédson Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The audience was convinced that Agostinho Almeida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frédson Nunes was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Juventudes Libertárias's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
