A collision led to AMÉRICA F.C. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dieguinho Correia hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Jonas Domingues fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Frank Siqueira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 24th playminute. Iwan Kolbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Setara, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Doug Zappa F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Douglas Berger was slow to take the kick. During this time AMÉRICA F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Douglas Berger got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iwan Kolbe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 40 minutes, Douglas Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AMÉRICA F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Jonas Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doug Zappa F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséas Trancoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, AMÉRICA F.C.'s Oséas Trancoso got control of the ball when Frank Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Frank Siqueira came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Doug Zappa F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Siqueira couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Frank Siqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséas Trancoso. AMÉRICA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Siqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Siqueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dadá Eger charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dadá Eger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Dadá Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th match minute, AMÉRICA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Berger to maneuver through the defense. Doug Zappa F.C.'s Frank Siqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Domingues struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Oséas Trancoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doug Zappa F.C.. 65 minutes into the match, Jonas Domingues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséas Trancoso. AMÉRICA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Domingues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. AMÉRICA F.C.'s Oséas Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Domingues in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Jonas Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oséas Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 82nd minute, Frank Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 played minutes AMÉRICA F.C.'s Douglas Berger stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Iwan Kolbe stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Doug Zappa F.C. of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Douglas Berger got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Doug Zappa F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while AMÉRICA F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
