After 18 minutes, Froilan Sein mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the E.C TAUBATÉ and the FC Red Ale Perdizes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Froilan Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Anıl Şahan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frédson Nunes. FC Red Ale Perdizes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anıl Şahan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Toninho Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 25 minutes of play, E.C TAUBATÉ's Ezequiel Marz made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frédson Nunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute, Anıl Şahan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C TAUBATÉ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Arósio in the 32nd minute of play forced E.C TAUBATÉ's goalkeeper Morjan Al Sayer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frédson Nunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anıl Şahan's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Morjan Al Sayer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Arósio in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Clóvis Toscano made a precise shot to the right of Frédson Nunes. FC Red Ale Perdizes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 40 minutes into the match, E.C TAUBATÉ's goalkeeper Morjan Al Sayer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Freire. Frédson Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Marz in the 46th minute of play. FC Red Ale Perdizes's Frédson Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toninho Arruda in the 48th minute of play. After the first half E.C TAUBATÉ were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafa Arósio to make the kick off. FC Red Ale Perdizes's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anıl Şahan 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. After some careless play in the FC Red Ale Perdizes defense, Anıl Şahan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frédson Nunes. The FC Red Ale Perdizes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frédson Nunes should have stopped the shot. After 73 minutes of play, E.C TAUBATÉ's Anıl Şahan made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Arruda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. Frédson Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Toninho Arruda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Frédson Nunes made a huge save. Morjan Al Sayer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Arósio in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes FC Red Ale Perdizes got a freekick which was hit by Dráusio Matos. When the match was over E.C TAUBATÉ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Red Ale Perdizes throughout the match.
