Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 5 minutes, Francesco Briceño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.D. Imperial and the Lidice players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Luiz do Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidice's protests and gave Luiz do Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. Vitinho Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Maria Pena in the 12th minute of the match. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Kvarnström in the 15th minute of play. Vitinho Gaspar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If José Maria Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes A.D. Imperial got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Briceño. In the 28th minute, Alex Volponi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitinho Gaspar came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Imperial's José Maria Pena. But to his dismay, José Maria Pena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Johnny Van Hoeyvelt scored 1-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valeri Zabelin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Kvarnström was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar got control of the ball when Dadá Maravilha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johnny Van Hoeyvelt took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valeri Zabelin. Valeri Zabelin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. David Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Lidice's goalkeeper Vitinho Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Maria Pena. A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Kvarnström in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match Lidice got a corner. A.D. Imperial's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Carlos Moreno ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alex Volponi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Lidice got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Prestes. In the 77th minute José Maria Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valeri Zabelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Kvarnström, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Lidice's Arrigo Rallo got a free kick in the 79th minute. Vitinho Gaspar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Clemente Massa. In the 82nd minute, Daniel Kvarnström made a precise shot to the right of Valeri Zabelin. A.D. Imperial's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. José Maria Pena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitinho Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Zé Carlos Moreno hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Vitinho Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Maria Pena's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Valeri Zabelin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Kvarnström in the 91st minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Lidice got a freekick which was hit by Alex Volponi. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
