Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Maria Pena in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inge Sundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute José Maria Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valeri Zabelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Inge Sundström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dadá Maravilha went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the game, José Maria Pena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Inge Sundström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Loucos da Bola FC's goalkeeper Inge Sundström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Maria Pena. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bernardinho Velasco made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, A.D. Imperial's Zahir Sahnouni got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Inge Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Dadá Maravilha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inge Sundström. Loucos da Bola FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dadá Maravilha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A.D. Imperial's Dadá Maravilha got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd match minute, Loucos da Bola FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Enekoitz to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Massa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inge Sundström having to make a save. 67 minutes into the match, Loucos da Bola FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Pena came free, but Inge Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Maria Pena in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inge Sundström saved Loucos da Bola FC from getting behind. When A.D. Imperial's José Maria Pena in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Loucos da Bola FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. José Maria Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loucos da Bola FC were furious when Adan Enekoitz was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 94 minutes into the game, one of Loucos da Bola FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. A.D. Imperial had played much better football throughout.
