The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kajar Aibast struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. After taking down the ball on Mulekes FC's corner Valdo Sampaio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eduardo Zanette quite easily take care of the ball. Eduardo Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramón Cavalcante in the 8th minute of play. Evandro Gaúcho hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Blink Forever FC's Eduardo Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Sampaio in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mulekes FC's Felippe Vieira got a free kick in the 14th minute. Evandro Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan Terra having to interfere. With a little luck, Mulekes FC's Kauan Terra got control of the ball when Kajar Aibast tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Evandro Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro Donatello in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kauan Terra saved Mulekes FC from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Kajar Aibast hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Mulekes FC's Tostão Queiroz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Zanette narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Luís Gustavo de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oséias Mello fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blink Forever FC's protests and gave Oséias Mello a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Mulekes FC a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valdo Sampaio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Blink Forever FC's Eduardo Zanette. 1-1. In the 36th minute, Evandro Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Mulekes FC's Kauan Terra got control of the ball when Kajar Aibast tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anderson de Lima during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Blink Forever FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Blink Forever FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mulekes FC the free kick. After 45 played minutes Blink Forever FC got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Pernambucano. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Pedro Donatello made a kick off. Kauan Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Gaúcho in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kajar Aibast's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauan Terra was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Pedro Paulo Furlan hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mulekes FC's zone, Evandro Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kauan Terra came out of the goal and Evandro Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tostão Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eduardo Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Zanette stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramón Cavalcante's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Ramón Cavalcante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blink Forever FC's Eduardo Zanette was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When João Pedro Donatello came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Blink Forever FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pedro Donatello couldn't finish the play. Kauan Terra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kajar Aibast went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Kauan Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Donatello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, João Pedro Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blink Forever FC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Pedro Donatello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kauan Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Pedro Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan Terra having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mulekes FC defense, Kajar Aibast kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kauan Terra. The Mulekes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kauan Terra should have stopped the shot.
