Spectators: 7671 (Terracing: 5756, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Osvaldo da Mata kicked off to start the match. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Osvaldo da Mata took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Décio Barbosa to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th minute, Gugu Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa got control of the ball when Osvaldo da Mata tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute Rei Pelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Rei Pelle managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.C. Internacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Rei Pelle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Décio Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Hubert Pihl could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Décio Barbosa however easily saved by the left post. S.C. Internacional's Bogumil Jarmulowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 20th minute of play. Décio Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Lopes in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Jarmulowicz saved S.C. Internacional from getting behind. Décio Barbosa made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Clemente Dionísio sent off a good shot on target. After 35 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Rubinho Furtado. In the 39th minute Osvaldo da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44thth minute of the game Luiz Eduardo Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C. Internacional's Bogumil Jarmulowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th match minute, Microsoft Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubinho Furtado to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Eduardo Netto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Clemente Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Clemente Dionísio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa. Décio Barbosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Rei Pelle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo da Mata came free, but Décio Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match S.C. Internacional got a corner. Microsoft Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rei Pelle ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rei Pelle almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa did a great save. Rei Pelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Décio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rei Pelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when S.C. Internacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Dionísio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Osvaldo da Mata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Microsoft Team's zone, Clemente Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Décio Barbosa came out of the goal and Clemente Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rei Pelle in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Décio Barbosa saved Microsoft Team from getting behind. Hubert Pihl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Barbosa having to interfere. Clemente Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Bogumil Jarmulowicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Raphael Pinheiro. 95 minutes into the match, S.C. Internacional's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Netto came free, but Bogumil Jarmulowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, S.C. Internacional's Bogumil Jarmulowicz got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo Netto tried to sneak it across the goal line. S.C. Internacional walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
