A collision led to Dínamo São Paulo getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Maximilien Brandao scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diguinho Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Dínamo São Paulo booed when Prg Masters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joga Seder didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Luiz Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Diguinho Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Venerando in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Dínamo São Paulo got a freekick which was hit by Alan Trancoso. After 17 played minutes Prg Masters got a freekick which was hit by Maximilien Brandao. In the 19th minute Ronaldinho Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldinho Gaúcho spun around in front of the goal 19 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Prg Masters's goal. André Luiz Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The supporters of Dínamo São Paulo booed when Prg Masters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pedro Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Gogo Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldinho Gaúcho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Luiz Campidelis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Ronaldinho Gaúcho took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Luiz Campidelis. André Luiz Campidelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 34th minute, Alberto Duarte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dínamo São Paulo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 38 minutes into the game, Luiz Paulo Vasconcelos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luiz Campidelis. Luiz Paulo Vasconcelos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. André Luiz Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaúcho in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Diguinho Toledo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. André Luiz Campidelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 65 minutes, Gogo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prg Masters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Venerando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Vieira in the 67th minute of play forced Prg Masters's goalkeeper André Luiz Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Prg Masters's Maximilien Brandao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diguinho Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gogo Venerando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diguinho Toledo having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Prg Masters's Joga Seder got a free kick in the 76th minute. Dínamo São Paulo made a substitution. 曲珂德 replaced Alberto Duarte.
